Slated to open in 2029, the new grocery store reflects the continued evolution of the area into a vibrant, new neighbourhood where residents are just steps away from shops, services and green space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spanning eight acres along Lougheed Highway, the Brentwood Block master-planned development was designed as a pedestrian-focused community, and the addition of Thrifty Foods brings that ambition closer to reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grocery stores are often the cornerstone of vibrant urban communities.
