Built in low-lying areas to collect and filter rainwater before it reaches local creeks.

Over 1,000 staff hours volunteered with the Hyde Creek Watershed Society.

A mobile filtration system installed to remove pollutants before they reach local creeks.

Spanning 1,300 acres, Predator Ridge is one of Canada’s most celebrated resort communities. This is a destination with world-class amenities, including golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, hiking and mountain biking trails, and lake views. One thousand homes have been serviced, with over 900 built to date.
WESTWOOD PLATEAU, COQUITLAM, BC
Set high above Coquitlam, Westwood Plateau is a sought-after community with 4,525 homes ranging from townhomes to estates. Wesbild created the master plan, with tree-lined streets, parks, and an award-winning golf course.
TURTLE MOUNTAIN, VERNON, BC
Perched above Vernon with sweeping views and fresh mountain air, Turtle Mountain puts nature and the city equally within reach, with around 170 homes serviced to date.
